The Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa is launching the Participatory Budget 2021, an initiative within the framework of Etorkizuna Eraikiz. The provincial institution has earmarked one million euros for the 2021 Open Budgets and, with these resources the provincial government plans to finance five projects proposed by citizens.
This year, a protocol has been drawn up which establishes the bases for the development of the process and which was submitted to the public for consultation and subsequently approved (BOG). The phase for collecting proposals from the public is currently open.
