The Provincial Government of Gipuzkoa and Sinnergiak Social Innovation (UPV/EHU), within the Gipuzkoa Workplace Innovation action-research project, has organised a series of dialogues on workplace innovation. These meetings and dialogues are part of the Programme for the Promotion of businesses committed to People and the Territory, promoted by the Department for Economic Promotion, Rural Development and Regional Balance, and which will take place throughout the month of May in Donostia-San Sebastian.
Workplace Innovation refers to the collaborative construction of change processes in the organisation and management practices of companies that simultaneously entail improvements to productivity and the quality of employment. For this reason, and in order to establish a forum for reflection and the exchange of experiences, the series of dialogues is organised around five topics;

All in all, the series of dialogues will bring together a large number of local and international experts, making it possible to create a shared framework of innovation in contexts and ways of working, oriented towards reflecting on the opportunities and challenges of Gipuzkoa.
