Sinnergiak Social Innovation collaborates with the European Workplace Innovation Network -EUWIN-; the Network under the European Commission’s ‘Mission for Growth’ strategy to bring Europe out of crisis through innovation and growth, promotes EU-wide knowledge-sharing on workplace innovation.
On his Ferbruary Bulletin, EUWIN has incorporated to its Film Bank a case study video from Ederfil Becker. EderfilBecker, a company located in the Basque Country (Northern Spain), is a powerful example of how self-managed teams can create high levels of employee engagement and sustainable competitiveness.
To complement the film, Sinnergiak Social Innovation researcher Egoitz Pomares has prepared a special article on EderfilBecker’ journey of empowerment.
Ederfil Becker, is one of the different case studies that were analized during the Gipuzkoa Workplace Innovation project as an example of Workplace Innovation in Gipuzkoa.
