Gipuzkoa Workplace innovation is about the organisations structure, participation and continuous improvement, it is focused in research and case studies within the Territor
y, and acts like a network for dissemination and knowledge transfer. The project is organized in 4 main areas, including a Reflective conceptualization, a Research, Intervention and Case-studies and Transference. Gipuzkoa Workplace Innovation is a social innovation research and action project funded by the Innovation Department of Gipuzkoa´s Provincial Council and 50% co-financed by the European Social Fund. The project based on the programme “Promotion of a socially responsible Territory” in Gipuzkoa aims to contribute the workplace innovation in the entreprises and industry.
- The project concives a four stage development in the Territory of Gipuzkoa, starting with the conceptualization of the innovative workplaces features, a survey-based research within the organisations and entreprises, a case-study and practices and transfer and dissemination of results.
- Sinnergiak Social Innovation collaborates with the European Workplace Innovation Network -EUWIN-; the Network under the European Commission’s ‘Mission for Growth’ strategy to bring Europe out of crisis through innovation and growth, promotes EU-wide knowledge-sharing on workplace innovation
- The project has been conceptualy based on HEDABIDE -Hybrid Context for Practical Learning- funded by the Innovation Department of Gipuzkoa´s Provincial Council and designed by Sinnergiak Social Innovation (UPV/EHU).
