Ederfil Becker, a good practice of workplace innovation

Past 9 and 10th of May, Maider Martín –  HR Manager at Ederfil Becker, took part in a working day in Scotland with other companies with innovative workplace models.

The working session was celebrated in Edimburg, and organized by the  Scottish Enterprise (http://www.scottish-enterprise.com), public agency of the Scottish Government for business promotion, within Fair Work Convention strategy for improving competitiveness, productivity and quality of working life.

Based in Gipuzkoa (Legorreta), Ederfil Becker is considered good practice in workplace innovation by Gipuzkoa Workplace European Innovation and Network Innovation Workplace Learning Network project, based on the organizational model based on self-managed teams.

This first activity of exchange of experiences and best practices of innovation in the workplaces, is part of the project Gipuzkoa Workplace Innovation, promoted within the program for promoting socially responsible for the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa Territory.
