In its latest report, the Cotec Foundation for Innovation collects the experience of Etorkizuna Eraikiz.
The report reflects every year since 1996 the situation of R+D+i in Spain, through the analysis of the main national, regional and international indicators.
As we can read on page 122, the Gipuzkoa Provincial Council’s way of working with its project “Etorkizuna Eraikiz-Building the Future” has attracted the interest of the OECD Public Policy Laboratory (OPSI), incorporating into its participatory government network together with the most advanced practices in Finland, Sweden and Estonia.
