The Etorkizuna Eraikiz Territorial Development Laboratory is an experiment in collaborative governance for territorial development that has been operating in Gipuzkoa for the last eleven years. Its goal is to improve the efficiency of policies associated with different spheres of territorial development through collaboration between the different agents in the province and the autonomous community of the Basque Country.

Drawing on the laboratory’s experience, this course seeks to provide a space for joint learning and reflection around issues of collaborative governance for territorial development, and to find ways in which these models can contribute to the development of shared strategies for the future, with particular emphasis on the new scenario and new emerging challenges.
