In the first quarter of  2020 our life took an unexpected turn shaken by a pandemic that has put us in trouble again. As usual with other similar events that have occurred in the past, circumstances such as the one we have had to live through are especially disturbing for the stability and expectations of societies.

Etorkizuna Eraikiz, a governance model based on listening, deliberation and active experimentation to face the challenges of the future, needs to understand global events and understand their local consequences on the public agenda and policy priorities.
